Beautiful and soft skin is one thing that everybody wishes for. For this very reason, body wraps are being more and more adopted by salons these days. Even in various spas, scrubbing is followed by body wraps before massaging, as it gives better results. How does this technique actually work to make your skin soft? In fact it has also come to known that there are a few wraps that even help in inch loss.
The two stages involved in the functioning of body wraps are absorption and compaction. For the first stage, a suitable mixture, as per your requirements, is applied on your body, quantity enough to cover your skin appropriately. The mixture is then made to stay on your body by covering you up with waterproof plastic sheets or sometimes cloth, just like bandages. For better results of the wrap mixture, it is better id you take a sauna bath or a hot water bath before the wrap so that the body pores open up and absorb the minerals in a more-effective way and results are better.

Also avoid indulging in things that are high on sugar, caffeine and alcohol.
