Skin rashes are a common problem mostly for those having a sensitive skin. Various environmental pollutants, allergies, viruses cause these rashes. One can also be allergic to particular kind of cosmetics used or jewelleries worn. 

So, you should be well aware of the articles you are allergic to so that you can avoid them.

Skin rashes could be in the form of patches, blisters, swelling, redness and itchiness. At the onset, you need to find out the cause for the particular problem to treat it effectively.  But one can also follow some guidelines to keep away from these skin disorders.

Keep your skin clean and clear all the time. Maintain a good hygiene. Avoid harsh soaps to wash your face, instead, use a mild cleanser. Soaps high in alkali can worsen your skin conditions.

Eat healthy. Always have a balanced diet with right amount of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats and minerals. This will keep you in a good shape and will also prevent you from having unwanted skin disorders. Some people are allergic to certain foods. You may get an allergy test done to determine these food items so that you can either minimize or avoid the consumption to keep off the skin rashes.

Flush out the toxins from you system by having plenty of water.
This will also keep you hydrated and avoid formation of skin rashes.

Exercise regularly, to keep your skin in a good condition. When you exercise, you eliminate most of the toxins of your system. That makes you healthy and of course keeps your skin rash-free.

When you are shopping for your cosmetics, always do a 24 hour patch test on a small area of your body to check your sensitivity towards the product. Avoid skin and hair products that cause redness or itchiness on your skin. Be sure about the deodorants or antiperspirants you use.

Some people tend to get rashes when they come in contact with their pets. In that case, always wash your hands properly once you are done with patting your lovely pet at home. Use rubber gloves while feeding them or cleaning them. Also if you are into gardening etc, wear gloves while you use chemicals for your plants to avoid any skin rashes.
