Taking Care of Oily Skin

Oily skin is more or less caused by the hormonal fluctuation in the body. Both men and women can have oily skin. However, oily skin can pose numerous problems for people. A suitable beauty treatment can certainly help out in not only controlling the oily skin but also enhancing the quality of skin.

People having oily skin are likely to possess inflated minute openings (pores) on their skin. There will also be an unusual glow on their skin, mainly on tip of the nose, cheek or area above eyebrows.

Those who have oily skin must clean their face on a daily basis so as to avoid the eruption of any pimple or blackhead. One has to use face wash lotion for cleaning face after every outing or as a first thing in the morning. But cleaning must be done only two times in twenty four hours.

For taking care of oily skin on a daily basis, always use face wash specially meant for cleaning oily skin as skin of this type can easily draw dirt on its surface. After washing your face with the face wash, use astringent lotion which will block the pores for a short period of time.

Afterwards apply suitable toner on the face. Toner actually eliminates the leftover particles present on the surface of the skin. It also makes the stoma of the skin a bit tighter which lowers the risk of skin being congested by any pollutants.

Face mask especially made of fuller’s earth should also be applied onto the oily skin because it helps in cleaning the skin to a deeper level.

There is a general misconception that oil present in the oily skin will be able to hydrate it adequately but as a matter of fact, cells of the skin requires water to keep itself soft ,smooth and clean.

In addition to it, people who have acne on their oily skin can even scrub their skin with normal scrubber. Exfoliation of oily skin should not be done daily.

In the entire day, oily face can be cleaned with tissue papers that soak the surplus oil from the skin. It is also very important to recognize whether your skin is oily or not. Some of the symptoms of oily skin are feeling of slippery sensation on skin, hefty size of stoma or pores & appearance of cracks.
