Reducing Fine Lines

Ageing is a natural process which is unstoppable no matter how hard a woman tries. It keeps on going and leaves its signs like wrinkles, fine lines, scars, dark spots, patches and dullness over skin. Besides bad health, your body weakness shows over skin. To lose charm is like losing your attractiveness.

One can not stop ageing but decrease its effects definitely by proper care.If you start taking care of your skin from teenage or may be twenties only, you are less likely to go through these skin problems till you get really old. So to not lose charm and be beautiful, here are some suggestions.

When it comes to ageing, the worst sign of it is wrinkles. So to avoid them, drink at least 12 to 15 glasses of water everyday. If you do not have habit of drinking this much of water then begin with 10 glasses and then increase the number of glasses according to your comfort level.

Prolonged exposure to sun is a critical cause of ageing so avoid sun as much as you can. Carry umbrella, wear fancy hats, wear cool scarves and also apply loads of sun block. Basically, do everything that you can to avoid sun exposure.

Use wrinkle prevention creams to get rid of them. These could be applied before going to the bed. What makes them worthy is the presence of vitamin C and E which are very beneficial for skin.

Use antioxidant rich creams so that your skin could be strong and fight the free radicals causing acne, pimples, black heads, etc. avoid getting facial done before 30 as excess of it could force quick ageing. Use herbal creams instead of those which use animal fats and skin. Herbs help to make the skin toxin free which is very essential.

Do not take much stress as it shows on the skin. Keep a check over daily diet and if you can, simply ban oil and spices from your diet once you get 35. Smoking and drinking is not recommended but if you cannot quit, at least lower the amount of them that you consume.
