Who doesn’t want a naturally beautiful, glowing skin. Yes, we all can make it possible by following a few simple steps. Devote a little time to pamper your skin and the results would be wonderful.
Moisturize
The first and foremost step is to maintain the moisture content of the skin at the optimum level. Remember to moisturize your skin at least twice a day. If your skin is oily, it is advisable to use a non-greasy moisturizer.
Eating healthy makes you look lovely
Do not forget to include a lot of vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. Take them in the form of salads, soups, whole fruit, juices etc. A diet less in sugar and fat will always help. Drink plenty of water.
Moisturizing Face Packs
Though lots of moisturizing packs are available in the market, you can try to brighten up your face using some home made face packs;
Cucumber Pack
Peel off the skin of the cucumber. Make a paste and apply evenly on face and neck. Wash off with cold water after 15 minutes. It refreshes your skin, making it soft and supple. Repeat for a few days.
Aloe Vera Face Pack
Aloe Vera hydrates dry and sun damaged skin. It conditions your skin. That is one of the reasons why it is being used in a lot of beauty products.
Take a leaf of Aloe Vera plant. Remove the sides to remove thorns. Cut the leaf open and apply the pulp on face and neck. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse your face with water.
This can be applied on hands and feet as well.
If applied regularly, it reduces wrinkles and blemishes.
Honey
Apply honey over face and neck. Wash with water after 15-20 minutes. Splash some rose water over your face. Touch and feel a much softer skin. Also, honey is effective in preventing dry lips. Again, it can be used in the treatment of under- eye darkness.
It might need a little effort and time on your part, but it is worth to use natural products on your skin. After all the feeling of being beautiful is certainly no small thing…..
