No More Ugly Stretch Marks
If you’re sick and tired of your striped back, shoulders, butt and knees, you need not worry anymore. Let us tell you that stubborn stretch marks are a common phenomenon with weight losers and fitness enthusiasts.
Although there are also surgical ways of getting rid of stretch marks, you can play safe by trying out some home remedies. So if you’re one of the many with those thin white lines across your body, we suggest you start following these simple tips:
Fermentation
The best way to get rid of stretch marks to a great extent is by following three steps – fermentation, nourishment and wearing tight clothes. For the fermentation process all you got to do is, take two buckets and fill them up with hot and cold water respectively.
Then dip a towel in the hot water and let it soak for a minute or two, then remove the towel and sqeeze it dry. Now, place this towel on the stretch marks for a while. Do the same with a towel dipped in cold water. Repeat the above two processes for half an hour daily.
Nourishment
For nourishing your skin, mix almond oil with Evion oil and apply it on the marked area after your shower. Also restrict your movement by wearing tight clothes that’ll keep your skin from sagging. In fact, if possible include vitamin E in your diet. This process will give you good results in just a month.
Home Remedies
Creams and lotions: Lotions containing cocoa butter are believed to not only help reduce stretch marks, but also help prevent them to a great extent. Cocoa butter, rose hip oil, emu oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, shea butter and vitamin A, E and C are beneficial in getting rid of stretch marks.
Exfoliation: Use a loofah while bathing.
Vitamin E oil: Break open vitamin E capsules and rub the oil into the skin over the stretch marks daily. Do this for two weeks.
Do an oil massager: You can also massage your body regularly with coconut and almond oil, olive oil, flaxseed oil, vitamin E oil or cod liver oil.
An egg a day can keep those ugly marks away: Take egg white, smear it over the affected area and allow it to dry before washing off with ice cold water. Doing this regularly will give you better results.
