These fungal infections are highly contagious in nature and any individual can get infected by mere touching of the infected person Ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch, fungal nail infection, fungal hair infection, tinea versicolor, face fungus infection, etc.

Skin infection can be caused from different reasons. Skin being the largest organ of the body, is constantly being exposed to sun and pollution. Constant exposure to sun can lead to too much sweating which might again cause infection. Tight fitting clothes or the clothes that cause much sweating should therefore be avoided. Folliculitis, furuncle and carbuncle are some of the types of skin infection.
While furuncle is a serious kind of folliculitis, carbuncle is much more dangerous than furuncle which can lead to fever as well as the formation of multiple layers of pus. Diabetes is another cause of skin infection as this ailment leads to a poor immune system of the body. Pollution can also cause skin infection from the germs that are present in the dust and can cause boils on the skin.
Boils are mostly caused from bacteria and are usually painful. Again skin infections caused on hair follicles can lead to hair loss and is commonly known as dandruff problem. However, whatever types of skin infection one might suffer from, there are a lot of ways by which one could cure these and here are some of these ways:
Vitamin E oil:
This oil is extremely useful for the treating and curing of both bacterial as well as fungal skin infections. Take 2/3rd cup of vitamin E oil and pour it in a bowl. Again take 1/3rd cup of tree tea oil and add it to the bowl of vitamin E oil. Now mix both the oils together and apply it to the areas of the body that has been affected by skin infection. This process needs to be continued all through the day and has to be persistent until the infection starts to heal on its own.
Turmeric:
Turmeric has been used traditionally for the curing of various skin ailments. Take some amount of turmeric, make a smooth paste of the same and keep it aside in a bowl. Now take some mustard seeds, again make a smooth paste of it and add it to the turmeric paste. Take a lime, cut it, squeeze out the juice and again put it in the turmeric and mustard paste. Mix all these three ingredients together and apply it to the infected area of the skin. It is known to be an extremely effective natural way of dealing with skin infection.
Neem:
This herb has been used from the ancient times for the treating of various skin ailments and infections like eczema, acne, boils, psoriasis as well as many other kinds of skin infections. Take equal amounts of both neem leaves as well as turmeric. Now make a smooth paste of both of these ingredients and add some amount of water to it. Mix all these three together and apply the paste to the affected and infected areas of the body properly. It helps the already infected areas to heal as well as gives protection to those areas of the skin that has not been infected by the skin ailments.
Garlic:

Chamomile:

Baking Soda:
This is available in nearly every kitchen and also helps to ease the discomfort as well as the itching that is caused with the onset of skin infection. Baking soda helps to stabilize the pH levels of the skin, thereby letting it to cure naturally. Add some amount of baking soda in warm water and soak the area for about 15 minutes.
