Dry skin and bumps are commonly faced by people around the world. After 10 to 15 minutes, gently massage the skin in circular motions, which helps in releasing the ingrown hair. Followed by the massage, apply a mixture of oat meal and milk along with honey to the affected area. The mask can be kept over the skin for about half an hour and gently remove the mask in circular motions.

Sugar Treatment
Body scrub made with sugar granules and honey is another popular remedy for dry skin bumps. The skin can be rubbed with sugar until the sugar dissolves completely. It helps in removing the in grown hair and the dead cells inside the skin. You can also add a few drops of lemon juice to the mask so that it removes the skin tan and also help to lighten the skin, as it is a natural bleaching agent.
