Drink as much as fruit juice and enough plain water. But one thing should be maintained – the juice should not be sweetened by anything because sugar decreases the water level of our body. But apart from a good diet a regular skin care is necessary to delete the stretch marks of the body.

For pregnant women it is advised to massage oil on their belly to increase the elasticity of the skin. Jojoba oil, coconut oil, olive oil are appropriate for this purpose. Creams containing aloe vera, jojoba oil, vitamin –E, cocoa butter or shea butter are good to remove stretch marks especially those are new.

Exfoliation with the help of natural ingredients is must to remove the layers of dead skin and to unveil soft and fresh layer of skin. Take oatmeal and baking soda. Mix it in milk and use it for exfoliation. But after exfoliation massage a good moisturizer or cream on those parts. A regular exercise also is needed to repair the torn fiber but always take the professional help in this matter.
