How to Get Rid of Dandruff

Dandruff is one of the most common hair problem suffered by people these days. Dirt, pollution, exposure to sun, improper cleaning of hair and not oiling are some of the reasons why you get dandruff on your head. Yoghurt is highly recommended as a hair conditioner. You just have to wash and rinse your hair and then rub the yoghurt in to scalp, leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it again using a very little amount of shampoo.

Then cedar wood can prove to be really beneficial so read up carefully. Mix the essential oils of cedar wood (seven drops approximately) cypress and juniper (each 10 drops) in to 50 ml of carrier oil. Massage this mixture of essential oils in to the scalp and leave for at least one hour. For the final rinse after washing it of with a good shampoo, use the same mixture in 600 ml of water. This helps to get rid of dandruff.

You can massage an ample amount of coconut hair which must be mixed with lemon juice. It is an excellent remedy to keep dandruff at bay. You may follow it with a hot towel treatment. This can be a boost to your blood circulation. Slowly you would notice that it helps to get rid of dandruff.

In Apple Cider Vinegar treatment, you have to wash your hair normally and the pour down vinegar onto you hair. Use it as a scrub and scrub it into your whole scalp. Take care of the fact that vinegar doesn’t get in contact with your eye. Leave it then for at least 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off. Repeat the process daily for a week and you would notice that all the dandruff has gone.

Lemon juice can also be applied directly into the scalp before washing your hair and keep it for 10 minutes. Remember to have a healthy diet so as to prevent this problem. This would help you a lot. So just try it out yourself only.
