Drink ample of water. At least 7-8 glasses are suggested. Eat ample of fresh vegetables and fruits. Avoid starchy food, fried or oily food, and sweets. Keep your face dirt free. At least take 8 hours of sleep.

Home remedies for acne
Mix 2 tablespoons of lime juice in 1 tablespoon of either fresh or dried yeast and apply on your face and let it dry. When it dries completely, peel it off and rinse with warm water. Remember not to move the facial muscles.
Rub the acne very smoothly with 1 or 2 crushed and peeled cloves of garlic. You can even prepare a paste of fenugreek leaves and apply for 10-15 minutes before going to bed. After that clean with warm water.
