Fix your Beauty Regime

If you take good care of your skin, yet feel unsatisfied and unhappy, then it is the time to wake up. Your skin does not look radiant in spite of all the efforts put in by you because there is something that you are lacking in your beauty regime.

We treat ourselves as masters in the area of beauty and when you don’t get desired results, we get highly upset. Let’s not get depressed and learn few basic yet important things that would fill up the void.

Most of us think, using a moisturizer is enough to keep your skin hydrated, but a sunscreen is equally important as the sun’s ultraviolet rays rip off all the moisture, making the skin all the more dry. So make it a habit to use a sunscreen whenever you go out.

Regular cleansing of the skin is very essential. Merely washing your face daily is not the right way of cleansing. Cleansing involves cleaning and scrubbing to open the ores of the skin so that the skin can breathe. Using soap for the face, no matter how mild, is the biggest blunder. Use a gentle face wash twice in a day and scrub your face once in a week. It will bring back the lost glow.

Never go to bed with your make-up on. This takes not more than 10 minutes but a little laziness can cost you a lot in the long run. Whenever you are back from a party, make it a point to remove the entire make up using cleansing milk and use a night cream before going to bed.

Always keep your under eye creams or gels in the refrigerator. This will keep them cool and fresh and when you will apply it the results will be better.

Drink lots of water. Internal care is equally important along with external looking after. Water improves your digestion making you fresh and healthy and also keeps the skin hydrated and free from premature wrinkles.

Now that you know all the mistakes that you were making, there is no way that can stop you from flaunting healthy skin, because you need to remember that a naturally healthy skin is far more attractive and make-up is only temporary.
