Here are few tips which can be used to stay beautiful naturally by just taking care of your skin and body.
Always protect your skin from sun tanning by using sun screen lotion 2-3 times in a day. If you are moving out of your house always apply sunscreen 15 minutes before moving out of the house. Even if you stay inside the house all day long then too apple sunscreen every day.
Always first apply moisturiser and then sunscreen lotion.
During summers skin glands secret a lot of sebum, due to which the skin sweats a lot. This attracts dirt and pollution towards our skin and it gets stuck on our facial skin. This leads to development of acne. So our skin needs right cleansing routine every day. Every day before sleeping cleanse your skin with cleansing milk and then apply moisturiser. For skin toning apply rose water on your skin.
A paste of almond powder, jowar flour and rose water can be used as a natural cleanser for skin.
Never use soap on your face. Always wash your face with a mild face wash 2-3 times in a day. A smooth paste made from gram flour, curd and turmeric is also a nice homemade face wash which cleans your face perfectly. Always use herbal moisturisers for your skin, as they make your skin soft and supple. You can use moisturisers containing Aloe Vera, or turmeric or avocado.
Before sleeping in the night apply night cream containing honey or almonds. During night only the skin makes new cells and repairs the damaged cells. Use scrub on your face once in a week, it helps in removing dead cells from your skin. Keep washing your face or splash your face with cold water many times in the day, it helps your skin to breathe easily and removes all the sticky dirt from the skin.
To give freshness to your face gets fruit facials regularly from parlour. Use face packs which give coolness to your skin like face packs containing cucumber, rose water, chandan, camphor or neem leaves. While taking bath squeeze one lemon in last bucket of water for bathing, it will give freshness to your body skin.
While bathing add rose petals in your bathing tub it will keep you fresh throughout the day and a nice rose smell will come from your body.
Before sleeping apply 2-3 drops of almond oil on your lips. It will keep your lips soft and will remove any kind of blackness also from the lips.
Always wear your sun glasses whenever moving out of the house.
If there is burning sensation in your eyes due to heat, splash your eyes with ice cold water. Dip cotton balls in rose water and keep them on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. It will keep your eyes cool and the itchy sensation will vanish.
