Acne and pimples, these two are one of the major skin problems that affects any age people. These are much common with women and with teen-age children. The reason behind this is hormonal changes.

Well, there is nothing that you can do with your hormones but with some simple things you can actually avoid the formation of acne on your face. And one very particular thing amongst every thing is the food that you eat and you daily diet.

A person who is prone to acne is not the one with a normal skin and he or she must take care of himself in a better manner and when it comes to eating, there are many things that one shall take care off and avoid. At the same time there are many things that you all must have.

Starting with the basic, if your skin is very prone to pimples and acne then you must not take any type of fried and high calorie food. Junk food also is a big no-no for you. Avoid eating any wafers, fries, burgers, pizza, butter, oil etc. Take only nutritious diet that is rich in fiber.

The reason behind the formation of acne is oil secretion from the body ad this oil is nothing but the dirt that our body possess. For this we have to ensure that there is no further consumption of fried food so that your skin does not becomes more oily. Eat lots of salad and fresh fruits. Instead of taking juices eat fruits as they contain roughage.

Eat food that has less cholesterol and for this you can switch to boiled food instead of deep fried stuff. If you are having roasted food then use a rack to roast the food. This would help the fat to drain away. Use baking or grilling procedures to cook your food instead of frying.

Use a vegetable oil that is cholesterol free and is non sticky. Apart from all these things, take good care of cleanliness of your skin and within some time pimples and acne will stop forming on its own. This way you can easily get rid of acne problem.
