Daily Care For Your Face

Once you know what your everyday skin care routine should be like, there is no way you would ever end up spoiling your skin under any circumstances. But before beginning this topic, it is imperative to know the kind of skin that you have. There are three types of skin. One is the dry sort while other two are oily and normal. In case of the dry kind of skin one needs a lot of oil based creams else this sort of skin begins to wrinkle quicker than the other two.

Oily has a propensity to form pimples and skin eruptions if not taken care of properly, while normal is the kind that is neither too dry nor too oily. Majority are blessed with normal skin which is why almost all beauty products suit them.

For every kind of skin, you must have a routine that should be followed so as to have a flawless, healthy complexion all your life. The first thing to be remembered in this respect is that cleansing at night should never be ignored. This is the major reason behind the formation of pimples in many. Always wake up in the morning and wash your face with cold water.

Fill some water in your mouth and wash your face simultaneously at least five times with your eyes open wide. This will also improve your eye sight if not more. Once you have taken a bath, apply a mild cleanser and remove the excess with a cotton wad. To start your day you must apply a good moisturizer which also has an inbuilt sunscreen in it. Make sure that the sun protecting factor is not less than fifteen so that it keeps your face and neck safe all day long.

Once back at home after a hard day’s work, clean your face with water, scrub and also a cleanser. This way you will always have a good clear complexion.

Before sleeping wash your face again, but always do that with cold water and no soap. Use a mild cleanser instead. Apply a good night cream that works up on your skin all through the night and give you a glowing face every morning. These are a few things that will always help you to have a beautiful skin all your life.
