Mustard oil or Sarson ka tel is very beneficial for people who suffer from cold and cough quite often. Mustard oil being warm in nature helps in curing and giving warmth to the body of people who get cold and cough easily. The right way to use mustard oil is to first boil it on flame once and then use it after cooling for massaging. Mustard oils is good for baby massage too during winters, just add few cloves of garlic while boiling it.

Some Home Remedies For Dry Skin
The best part of these oils is that they are not only effective in nourishing our skin but also give strength to our body also. If you do not want to massage them every day you can just mix one table spoon of almond oil or olive oil in your bathing water. Bathing with this water will be enough to nourish and keep your skin smooth and healthy.
Mix one cup of Rose water with one fourth cup of glycerine and use daily one your skin. This will give your skin natural moisture and it will never get dry. You can also add one lime juice too for added nourishment. This is very helpful in treating the dryness of elbows and knees. You can also add one teaspoon sugar and some sunflower oil to the above mixture and rub on damp skin. This will act a real good scrub to exfoliate and nourish your skin.
